Responsibilities
  1. Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters
  2. Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
  3. Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
  4. Address client & support team’s queries effectively and in a timely manner
  5. Present social media strategies to clients in monthly calendars
  6. Analyze digital campaigns success
  7. Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
  8. Client Management including hunting, pitching, proposals as well as Account Management.
  9. Prepare client presentations, reports and conduct in-person client meetings
  10. Work jointly with the internal teams to drive campaign strategy & development
  11. Identify growth opportunities from the client portfolio and drive revenue
  12. Ability to handle rough situations with clients, managing client expectations, good written and verbal skills are definitely important.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 1.5+ years’ experience managing clients from Ad agency
  2. Great communication, presentation skills, and client servicing skills
  3. Excellent time management and organizational skills
  4. Proactive and a self-starter
  5. Strategic thinker with hand-on experience
  6. Passionate, ability to multitask, comfortable with a slightly unstructured working environment that usually happens in an Advertisement agency
  7. BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
